Join the third and final session of the 4C Services Sustainable Coffee and Cocoa Days Spring 2026 Series for the technical session to learn more about enhanced monitoring systems, practical risk assessment tools and actionable remediation strategies designed for managing entities and supply chain partners.

This session will also highlight two projects that Meo Carbon Solutions is part of:

• Updates on tools and resources developed as part of the social auditing project. A project made possible thanks to a grant from the ISEAL Innovations Fund, which is supported by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and UK International Development.
• Explore the critical role of trusted operational grievance channels, highlighting how systems like Ear4U serve as vital tools for early intervention and secure on-the-ground reporting.

Our Supply Chain Due Diligence team lead, Katia Masias Bröcker, will present on why grievance mechanisms are important and key criteria for an effective grievance mechanism to protect children’s rights, as well as present an example of a joint grievance mechanism in the coffee sector and explain how it can protect children’s rights.
