We are pleased to announce that Meo Carbon Solutions was named one of the winners in the 2025 Great Place To Work® competition, “Best Workplaces in North Rhine Westphalia 2025”. This achievement highlights how our employees feel respected, valued and connected to the company.

It is based on employee feedback through an anonymous survey of MEO Group employees—covering topics such as trust in leadership, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect and employee engagement. We also completed a culture audit to share information about the programs and initiatives we have in place to support a positive work environment.

This award reflects the culture we have developed over the past decade based on shared goals, trust and dedication. It is important not only for our team but also for our partners, clients and community.  It means that we are a place where people enjoy working, which also impacts the overall quality of our work, helps us attract talent and supports our growth. Additionally, we are proud that 97% of new employees feel welcome from their first day.
